The bag of freeze-dried fish parmentier is one of the lightest dishes in the MX3 Aventure range. Rehydrate this sachet of only 100g and obtain a balanced hot dish with 424kcal.

Potato flakes 46% (potato, emulsifier: E471, stabilizer: E450i, acidifier: E330, turmeric, preservative: E223 (SULPHITES), antioxidant: E304), vegetable palm fat (lactose (MILK) and proteins MILK), modified potato starch, cod 10% (FISH) (including flavors, salt), maltodextrins, whole MILK powder, salt, garlic (2%), flavors, thickener: xanthan gum. Packaged in a protective atmosphere (Nitrogen).

Possible traces of: gluten - shellfish - eggs - soya - nuts - celery

Rehydration time: 10 minutes.
Rehydratable with hot water.

Usage tips :
Step 1: Spread the base of the bag so that it holds well.
Step 2: Gradually pour the quantity of water into the bag until the
level line indicated on the bag, stir with a spoon.
Step 3: Close the bag using the zip. Leave to rest for the indicated time
on the bag so that the dish finishes rehydrating.
