During exercise: the drink should be consumed regularly, from the start of exercise (every 5 to 10 minutes). Drink in small quantities (1 to 2 sips at a time) to avoid digestive problems.

Dosage: 40 g for 500 mL.

Directions for use: Dilute 40 g of powder, or 2 heaped spoons (spoon provided) in 500 mL of cold water. Shake well before use.

Store in its original closed packaging, at room temperature, in a dry, cool and healthy place away from light.
